Student-Run Café, B-School Bistro

PSG Institute of Management inaugurated its new Student-Run Café, B-School Bistro with chief guest, @chef_shreeadka, CEO, Executive Chef, and co-owner of The French Door Café, on the 7^th if July 2024 which sparked excitement, joy and inspiration among the students.

Beyond the eatery, this venture offers students a platform to explore experiential learning in the entrepreneurial landscape, encouraging innovation and creativity. The café is also a dynamic hub where students can network, and collaborate.

PSG Institute of Management’s Entrepreneurship Cell (E-Cell) hosted an inspiring speaker series with @chef_shreeadka, CEO, Executive Chef, and Co-owner of The French Door Café which was a valuable opportunity for First-year MBA students to gain firsthand insights from a leading entrepreneur in the culinary world. The interactive session offered students a behind-the-scenes look at the entrepreneurial journey, with key takeaways on resilience, innovation, and strategic foresight.
