Chairperson Message

Dear fellow alumni,

It is an honour to be serving as the Chairperson of PSG Management Alumni Association (PSG MAA) as our past
Chairmen are some of the most outstanding and talented individuals in our community. I am thrilled to begin
my tenure for the 2022-2025 term. It is my pleasure, along with my Executive Committee, to represent you –
the more than 12,000 alumni of PSGIM. During this wild time of uncertainty, we need to lean on each other now
more than ever! We find ourselves in a unique situation in which we are learning to connect in new and exciting
ways.

This year, Alumni Association leadership has made it our focus to elevate the alumni experience and to serve
and support our PSGIM family alongside our society. As the year progresses, we look forward to coming together
both virtually and in-person. My number one goal as Chairperson is to increase the involvement of our
association.

We are here to help you stay connected through programs and events we organize, including:
• Career networking – Alumni helping Alumni
• Social events
• Student Engagement Activities
• Sporting events – Past vs Present
• Outdoor recreational opportunities
• Reunions

Being a member of the PSGIM family comes with an overwhelming sense of pride for our beloved alma mater. I
invite you to come along with us for the exciting year we have ahead. Whether you attend an alumni event
or volunteer your time, we hope to connect with each one of you.

PSGIM prides itself on having a diverse population of students from all over the country. Unfortunately, we only
seem to have involvement from those still in Coimbatore. As we transition our meetings to a Zoom platform, I
will be looking to create mini alumni associations in every state. I am looking to you to step up and reach out to
me about being your state representative. 

It’s time to reconnect! When was the last time you spoke to your batchmates? When was the last time you came
back to the college to see the remarkable changes and remodelling that has occurred over the past so many
years? Now is the time!

I thank you all again for giving me the opportunity to represent your needs and the task of bringing new life to
the alumni association. Let’s build a bigger and better alumni association we can be proud of!
