Induction Program – International Programs

The Induction program for the International programs was organized during Sept 12 to Sept 17. The five day program was designed around the themes like Management – A Precursor, Becoming the Professional, Mind Body and Soul, Play to your strengths, and Alma Connect. The entire program had 16 modules with specific objectives aimed at supporting the Fresh MBA students from different backgrounds to accommodate and prepare themselves for the MBA program. An Industrial visit was arranged as part of the program. Students visited 3 different companies in the dairy industry, namely Sakthi Dairy Farms, Coimbatore Cooperative Milk Producers Union (aavin) and Mahalakshmi Dairy Farms (Aroma) as part of the induction program on Sept 14, 2022.
